Why do you have so little albums?
At present we are reviewing albums in terms of popularity and stocking them, Inshallah we will be adding more albums as time goes on. If there are any particular albums which you would like to see us to stock then contact us, or if you are a new nasheed group / artist and would like us to promote and stock your product please contact us at sales@nasheedchannel.com

If an album is out of stock will you be re-stocking?
Yes we may do depending on demand, this usually takes around 2-3 weeks

Can I buy in Bulk or in Wholesale?
Not at this moment we do not provide wholesale distribution.

Do you ship out internationally?
Yes We do. UK P&P is £1 for Europe and Rest of the world P&P is £4. If you are an international customer you must ensure that you click on the link where it says "INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE CLICK HERE TO ADD P&P " once you reach the checkout page

How long do you take to deliver?
We aim to despatch the products usually within the next day of payment. All orders are shipped out 1st Class.

I am not happy with my product can i return it for a refund?
Yes as long as the item is unused and return to us in its original condition. To obtain a refund please email us sales@nasheedchannel.com. We cannot pay for any postage costs that you may incur.

Any discounts or special offers available?
We may do special offers and discounts from time to time, keep checking our website for details

What Payment methods do you accept?
At present through our online ordering system we can accept Paypal payments. We can also accept credit and debit card payments using our 3rd Party Vendor 2checkout.com. If you wish to pay via this method please contact us and we will provide you with further details. We also accept cheques and postal order. Mailing address is given upon request. Are my details safe?
Yes they are safe, all our payment processing systems are done via reputable 3rd party merchants. We do not do any processing nor do we have details of customers credit cards. All we are given is confirmation of the order and customer details.
